Motorise a small roller blind with no wiring
The Zemismart ZM15B is a slim rechargeable motor that fits inside the tube of most small roller blinds. It runs on a built-in battery, so there's no wiring, no plug socket and no electrician needed. Swap the adapters to fit a 17mm, 20mm, 25mm or 28mm tube, slide the motor in and refit the blind.
Pair it with a Tuya Zigbee hub to control your blind from the Tuya or Smart Life app, by voice with Alexa or Google, on a schedule, or with the 16-channel remote.
Rechargeable 800mAh battery
The built-in 800mAh lithium battery charges over USB. A USB extension cable is included, so you can charge it without taking the blind down.
App control with a Tuya Zigbee hub
The ZM15B connects through a Tuya Zigbee hub (not included). Open, close or set the blind to any position from anywhere in the Tuya or Smart Life app, and link it with your other Zigbee devices. With a Zemismart M1 or M6 hub, it can also appear in Apple Home, SmartThings and Home Assistant.
Voice control and schedules
Link your Smart Life account to Alexa or Google Home and say "Alexa, open the living room blinds". Set schedules in the app so your blinds open and close on their own.
16-channel remote with a position display
The optional remote shows the blind's position as a percentage and its own battery level. It has a jog dial for precise movement, a favourite button, and channel buttons for controlling up to 15 blinds separately or in a group. It runs on AAA batteries.
Two speeds
Choose 20rpm for quiet movement in bedrooms, or 30rpm when you want the blind up quickly.
Will it fit my blind?
- Tube: 17mm, 20mm, 25mm or 28mm round aluminium tube.
- Blind size: 60cm to 150cm wide, up to 200cm drop.
- Weight: up to 2kg.
The motor comes fitted with the 28mm adapters. Swap them for the 17mm, 20mm or 25mm adapters in the box if your tube is smaller. The guide below shows which tube profiles each adapter fits.
Installation
- Slide the motor into the blind's tube.
- Fit the end plugs and brackets, mark the bracket positions and fix them to the wall or ceiling.
- Clip the blind onto the brackets.
