Zemismart M1 hub Matter – hub compact pentru casa inteligentă, Zigbee și Thread, pentru Tuya, Apple Home și Google Home
Please note: the M1 connects to your router by Ethernet cable (no WiFi). It works with Tuya-standard Zigbee devices and supported Thread devices, and we recommend Zemismart devices, which are tested with it. For Apple Home, Google Home or SmartThings, you also need a Matter controller or border router such as a HomePod, an Apple TV or a Nest Hub. A USB plug isn’t included.

A small, tidy hub for Zigbee and Thread
The Zemismart M1 is a compact white hub, 95mm square and 20mm tall, with no external antenna. It sits neatly next to your router. It runs your Zigbee devices in the Tuya Smart or Smart Life app, and it also supports Thread devices such as Thread curtain motors, switches and roller shades.

Your Tuya Zigbee devices in Apple Home and Google Home
The M1 acts as a Matter bridge. Add the hub to the Tuya app, add your devices, then use “Share via Matter Gateway” to get a setup code. Scan it in the Apple Home or Google Home app, and your Zigbee devices appear there. You can then use Siri or Google Assistant, and mix them into automations with your other Matter devices.

What you can connect
- Zigbee: ceiling lights, downlights, bulbs, wall switches, PIR and door sensors, temperature and humidity sensors, roller motors and curtain drivers
- Thread: Thread curtain motors, Thread switches and Thread roller shade motors (added through the Tuya app on Android)
From our range, that includes the Zigbee energy meter (SPM01) and the smart water meter (213E).

Wired for a stable connection
The M1 connects to your router with the included Ethernet cable, which keeps the link between the hub and your network steady. Power comes from a USB-C cable.

Frequently asked questions
What’s Thread, and do I need it?
Thread is a newer low-power network used by some Matter devices, such as certain curtain motors and switches. If you only have Zigbee devices, you don’t need it, and the M6 or M1 Pro may suit you better.
Can I add Thread devices with an iPhone?
Zemismart states that Thread devices connect to the Tuya app on Android phones. Once added, they can be shared to Apple Home through Matter.
Do I need a Matter controller?
Only for Apple Home, Google Home or SmartThings, and you’ll need a HomePod, Apple TV, Nest Hub or SmartThings hub. The Tuya app works without one.
Does it have WiFi?
No. It connects to your router with the Ethernet cable provided.
Will it work with any Zigbee device?
It works with Tuya-standard Zigbee devices. Other brands may not pair or may have limited features.
Does it work with Alexa?
Yes, through the Tuya Smart or Smart Life skill for Alexa.
