Zemismart senzor de scurgere a apei Zigbee, IP67, pe baterie
The Zemismart Zigbee water leak sensor is a small sealed puck that sits on the floor wherever a leak is likely. The moment water touches the probes underneath, it sends an alert to your phone, so a dripping pipe or overflowing washing machine is caught early, before it soaks the floor or the ceiling below. It runs on a coin battery for over a year and needs no wiring.
Where to put it
- Under the kitchen sink
- Behind the washing machine or dishwasher
- Below the boiler or hot water cylinder
- In the loft, next to the cold water tank
- In the bathroom, by the bath or toilet
- Near a balcony door or window that lets rain in
You'll usually want a few, one for each place with water pipes or appliances.
Instant alerts on your phone
When water is detected, the Tuya or Smart Life app sends a notification straight away, whether you're at home, at work or on holiday. Every alert is saved in the app's history.

Make your smart speaker sound the alarm
Link the sensor to an Alexa or Google Home routine, and your smart speaker can announce a leak out loud, so everyone in the house hears it.

Shut off the water automatically
For extra protection, pair the sensor with a smart water valve (not included). When a leak is detected, an automation can close the valve and stop the water before more damage is done.

IP67 rated
The sensor is sealed to IP67, so it isn't damaged when it sits in the water it's detecting, and it copes with damp, dusty spots such as lofts and under-sink cupboards.

Long battery life, no wiring
One CR2032 coin battery lasts more than a year (based on up to 20 alerts a day), and the app warns you when it's running low. Just place the sensor flat on the floor with the probes facing down.

Works with Tuya and Apple Home
The sensor needs a Zigbee hub (not included):
- Tuya Zigbee hub: alerts in the Tuya or Smart Life app, plus Alexa and Google Home routines.
- Zemismart M1 Pro or M6 hub: also adds the sensor to Apple Home.

More Zigbee sensors: the MIR-IR100 PIR motion sensor and the ZPS-Z1 presence sensor.

Frequently asked questions
Does it make a sound?
The sensor sends alerts to your phone. To hear an alarm in the house, set up an Alexa or Google Home routine so your smart speaker announces it.
Do I need a hub?
Yes. A Tuya Zigbee hub, or a Zemismart M1 Pro or M6 hub to use Apple Home as well.
How long does the battery last?
Over a year in normal use, and the app tells you when it's getting low.
Can it get wet?
Yes. It's sealed to IP67, so it isn't damaged by the water it detects.
Can it turn the water off?
Not on its own. With a smart water valve, you can set an automation to close the valve when a leak is detected.
How many do I need?
One for each spot where a leak could start: typically the kitchen sink, washing machine, boiler and loft tank.
