Please note: this is a Brazilian-standard (NBR 14136) wall socket for homes in Brazil and other countries that use this socket type. It isn't suitable for installation in the UK.
The Zemismart ZMO-606-20A is a single 20A smart wall socket in white, made for high-power appliances such as ovens, microwaves, coffee machines and hair dryers. Switch it on and off from your phone, by voice or on a schedule. It uses Zigbee 3.0 and works with the Tuya app, Alexa and Google, and with Apple Home, Google Home and SmartThings through a Zemismart M1 Matter hub.

Built for high-power appliances
The 20A outlet (5mm pin holes) takes the larger Brazilian 20A plugs used by ovens, microwaves, coffee machines and other high-power kitchen and bathroom appliances. An indicator light shows when it's on.
Voice and app control
Say "Alexa, turn on the outlet", or switch it in the Tuya or Smart Life app from anywhere. With a Zemismart M1 Matter hub, you can also use Apple Home and Siri, Google Home and SmartThings.
Schedules, timers and settings
Set the socket to switch on and off at set times, use a countdown timer, or run it on a repeating or random schedule. In the app you can also:
- view the on/off history
- choose what happens after a power cut (off, on, or last state)
- choose how the indicator light behaves
- turn on the child lock, which disables the button on the socket
Works as a Zigbee repeater
Because it's mains-powered, the socket also acts as a Zigbee repeater for other Zigbee devices in your home.
Installation
The socket fits a standard Brazilian 4 × 2 wall box and needs live, neutral and earth wires. Switch off the power before fitting. It should be installed by a qualified electrician. The circuit and wiring must be rated for 20A.
The button on the front is only for pairing. It doesn't control lights.

Setting up
Press and hold the button for about 10 seconds until the blue light blinks quickly. Then add the socket as a sub-device of your Zigbee hub in the Tuya app.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use this in the UK?
No. It's a Brazilian-standard socket. UK plugs won't fit, and it isn't designed for UK wiring.
Will a 10A plug fit?
Yes. Brazilian 10A plugs fit 20A sockets. 20A plugs don't fit 10A sockets, which is why this socket suits high-power appliances.
Does it need a neutral wire?
Yes, as well as live and earth.
Do I need a hub?
Yes. A Tuya Zigbee hub for the Tuya app, Alexa and Google, or a Zemismart M1 Matter hub to add Apple Home, Google Home and SmartThings.
Can the button switch the socket on and off?
The button is mainly for pairing. You control the socket from the app, by voice or on a schedule, and the child lock can disable the button completely.
